PAYMENT POLICY
Medical insurance plans usually do not cover cosmetic procedures, and payment is due before the time of service. For your convenience, we also accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment time to another patient. If you miss your appointment you will be charged the $25.00 office visit. We appreciate your understanding.
